How to convert a gigabit port into a 10-gigabitport on Ruijie EG3250/EG3230?
The 8F port of EG3250 and EG3230 are independent gigabit ports /10gigabit ports (supporting both gigabit and 10 Gigabit). The gigabit and 10 gigabit ports need to be switched manually.

Ruijie(config)#int TenGigabitEthernet 0/0

Ruijie(config-if-TenGigabitEthernet 0/0)#xaui-modeslot 0

---- convert into a 10-gigabit port

Ruijie(config-if-TenGigabitEthernet 0/0)#no xaui-mode slot 0

---- convert into a gigabit port
