For some special reasons, the firmware of this model must not be sent out without permission. If the software version shipped with your device is already up-to-date, then there is no need to provide it from our side. Therefore, I would like to confirm what is the exact software version shipped with your device? Please provide a screenshot of the software version so that I can confirm it for you.
