Title: RAP 2260 WIFI 6 Cannot work in 5GHZ
I buy RAP 2260 in new condition

Setup wifi 6 with ReyeeOS 1.219.1724 cannot connect 5G. Only 2.4G can connect.
than I update with ReyeeOS 2.230.00.1807 the problem not solve still cannot connect with 5G only 2.4G

can you help me to solve it?

I change country and other frequency it still cannot find 5G SSID. Ok wait I'll share you.

Link cloud was sent to your email sir. I get a notification about power insufficient. I used rg-poe-50-60w-mg for 2260.

I have the same situation here. I tried using the above recommendation for Indonesia and it still didn't work.

Hi:

If you can not see the 5G network, you can also check and change the PoE protocol manually on your AP:

If this can not work, we recommend you to start a live chat session to troubleshoot this issue on real time.

I made the suggested change and it worked! The 5Ghz is working.
Thanks!!!
Now, it's quite strange that it doesn't work correctly with the AUTO option.
I have 45 AP to configure and I'm going to have to do it one by one. >.<

Dear sir

May I know whether all the terminal devices can not be able to search the 5G wifi signal? Whether the 5G wifi can be searched normally before? I have changed the RAP 5G channel to another channel 100 and create a test5g open ssid, please help check again whether it is still the same issue?

no there is not showing test 5g ssid and also you can see all devices are connected to 2.4 only
how can i chat with you
i am using 2 same ap here please help me to slove this issue
