hi one of my customers routers are bricked they got load shedding while it was busy with an firmware update? can i use tftp recovery to flash firmware?

Yes, you can use TFTP to recover the firmware of the device, if you need to download the firmware, you may use the following link:

Please kindly note that EW routers do not support firmware recovery now.
If you experience issues with booting up the device, please check the LED status on the device. The image below is an example:

If the system LED is continuously fast blinking, it may indicate a hardware issue, please provide the device S/N and record a video and send the information to our postsale mailbox for assistance: service_rj@ruijienetworks.com
