1. When Ruijie AP is online on Ruijie AC, you can login to the CLI of Ruijie AC, and input these CLI commands:
Ruijie>enable
Ruijie#show ap-config summary //Check the actual name of Ruijie AP you need to reset.
Ruijie#config
Ruijie(config)#ac-controller
Ruijie(config-ac)# factory-reset ap-name //The ap-name here is the actual name of your Ruijie AP.
Ruijie(config-ac)# end
Ruijie#write
2. When Ruijie AP is not online on Ruijie AC, you can use this CLI command:
Ruijie(config)# apm factory-reset //This command can only be used in 11.x firmware of Ruijie fit AP.
