Chip limits: 10G port 4N+1~4（N+1）group as one. After an interface in the same group is added to or removed from the VSL group, the other three interfaces in the same group are automatically added to or removed from the VSL group and can not be used as common interfaces.
For example, if 6 ports are added to VSL, then corresponding 5, 6, 7 and 8 will be added.
