Im using Ruijie RG-EG3230 Security Gateway. My problem is, I cannot blocked Youtube even though I put all the necessary parameters in the Bahaviour Policy (like the time, the user with Ip range, etc.) All my workstations can still access Youtube. The Firmware version of my Ruijie RG-EG3230 is EG_RGOS 11.9(6)B17P1, Release(10201016). Please help.

Can you provide the following information?

1. Configuration page

2. The IP address of the test device

3. Have you tried clearing the background data or browser cache of the test device and testing again?
