Title: Email sending does not work for alerts.
I enabled sending emails related to the status of the "WAN" ports, but it doesn't work, only if the device goes offline. What to do?

Hello Javier, how are you?

I already have these options active and contacts configured, I receive an Offline Device alert, but not WAN-related problems.

Example: I use "WAN" and "WAN1", one of them is offline and so far I have not received alerts.

Hi sir,
I am very sorry that Javier is not at work now.

Could you check if there is a log on EG about the device port down?
Is there an alarm email if you manually close the lan interface?

Connection and disconnection logs exist, but I am not alerted via email.
Only when a device goes offline.
