Dear sir
The management IP is the WAN IP address which is used to access the Internet of the device. The egress IP is the egress device IP address which is directly connected to the Internet and it should be a public IP address normally. If the egress IP is same with the management IP but not a public IP address, you may check whether the ports udp3478 and udp3479 are allowed in your network.
