Title: Voucher is not working properly
We made 2 type of voucherType1: single code single mobileType2: single code 2 mobileEven a type 1 voucher is connecting 3 4 devices and type 2 also connecting 3 4 devices . What setting are missing so it can only connect specified number of devices. Looking forward for your help to solve this issue.

Hello,

Here in the user management you can set concurrent devices number, plz check the user group your voucher are using.

Yes we made it like this as i mentioned type 1 single code 1 mobile
But it still gave access to three mobiles or 2 two mobile. Somehow this option is not working properly.
So is there any other way to enforce this setting of 1 code 1 mobile
And thank you for your reply but i still need help
