I was checking and links are broken. Here are the links:

RG-CS83-48GT4XS-PD
RG-S5310-48GT4XS-P-E
I think the main difference between them is that the CS83 has more switching capacity = 432gbps than the S5310 = 176Gbps.
Rest of specs are quite equal.
