assigned 8.8.8.8 dns in router , but it override by isp'dns

DNS 伺服器 . . . . . . . . . . . .: 210.87.253.1
                                    210.87.250.13
                                    8.8.8.8
                                    192.168.200.1
NetBIOS over Tcpip . . . . . . . .: 啟用

PS C:\Users\Dell> nslookup apple.com
伺服器:  ns6a.imsbiz.com
Address:  210.87.253.1

未經授權的回答:
名稱: apple.com
Addresses:  2620:149:af0::10
      17.253.144.10

it always using 210.87.253.1 as dns server

Please help me figure out the 2 things to check:
1. What's the model?
2. Do you mean the dns server of this device is 8.8.8.8 or the user's one is 8.8.8.8?

2. Do you mean the dns server of this device is 8.8.8.8 or the user's one is 8.8.8.8?
we change the setting of the ruijie router,
the dns server assigned to 8.8.8.8
but all device still using the isp's dns (210.87.25x.xx)
