Dear:

RF2 has 2 carrier frequencies per channel.  RF2 mode was designed specifically for the use of wireless systems in environments where significant wireless interference is known to exist.  In RF2 mode the frequencies of individual channels is shifted slightly to be on frequencies that are known to have less wifi traffic than the corresponding frequencies in RF1 mode.

The additional number of carrier frequencies is why RF1 mode can be better for use in environments troubled by wifi interferences.

Regards,

Javier.

Dear sir/madam,

If you are referring to 5GHz RF2 on Ruijie Cloud Radio settings, this is supported on AP with a third radio and can be configured as AP mode to broadcast an SSID and serve STAs or as Spectrum mode to scan channels and obtain spectrum analysis data, but does not serve STAs (Spectrum mode is not supported on Reyee AP models and is only supported on Ruijie AP models.).

Best regards,
Jayden
