Supports everything. (WireGuard, IKEv2, OpenVPN).
That tests I have done 2 days now with OpenVPN, they are failed.

Sorry for your inconvenience. After checking, our EG not support Surfshark VPN

We have checked this VPN and it needs to be installed on windows or mobile phone to use. Our EG can not support install client software to use this kind of VPN

FYI, there is no need of installing any software on router.
I have this running on Draytek Vigor Router with no problem for 2 years. The issue with EG is that it doesn't seem to support most of the communication protocols needed to connect to these providers.
