Title: UNKNOWN DEVICE VIRTUAL DEVICE DETECTED
I have project with more that 27 Access Point and 6 switches. Recently i added a new Ruijie switch and two access point to my project. after that i found virtual device that is not a part of my project. so how can i remove that switch in order to run the project smoothly

If your network does not have virtual device that is incorrectly displayed as in the Cloud topology, please try update the topology and check again, if the problem persists, please access RITA live chat (www.ruijienetworks.com/rita ) and share the cloud project with the tech support to further check.
