Dear sir

May I know whether your issue is ES switch can not be online on cloud?
Can you help try to directly connect your pc to the switch lan port, and set PC ip as 10.44.77.100, then try to login to the switch via ip 10.44.77.200 to check whether can reach?

If you can login to the switch eweb interface, please help check whether the ES switch has got IP address on this page:

If you have other Reyee devices in the same network that can be online on cloud, please help share with me your network to further check.
