Title: Masalah pada Ruijie RG-EW1200 sering restart
Hallo,
Saya mengalami kendala pada device ruijie RG-EW1200, device ini selalu otomatis restart setiap beberapa waktu sekali, saya lihat di log lebih dari 5 kali dalam sehari, saya bingung untuk mengatasinya, sudah berbagai cara saya coba tapi tetap nihil, mulai dari cek konfigurasi sampai mengganti adaptor.
Dalam kasus ini saya menggunakan platform ruijie cloud manage.
Siapa saja mohon bantu saya, berikan saya saran atau solusi agar saya dapat mengatasi masalah ini

Saya sudah mengupdate software ke versi paling baru :
ReyeeOS 1.219.2001 Terbaru


Saya tidak melakukan reset pabrik, karena saya punya sekitar 12 perangkat, dan beberapa perangkat seperti itu, yang tiba tiba melakulan restart otomatis, padahal saya tidak mengkonfigurasi restart otomatis.
Saya menggantinya dengan unit baru, dan hasilnya sama saja, apakah ada masalah sama konfigurasi saya di cloud manage ?

I checked 219 firmware is already the latest version of RG-EW1200. Could you help take a picture about your power adapter model to further confirm?

May I know if your issue is the EW1200 offline on the cloud? If yes, please refer to this guide and troubleshoot first.
How to troubleshoot if Reyee devices offline on Cloud? - Switch - Ruijie Community (ruijienetworks.com)

Please help start yesterday my WAN on EW1200G-PRO always disconnect after a few hours. I am using latest firmware.

But the problem can fixed after reboot and unplug then plug again WAN cable, this is very annoying.

Is it a bug? Which the best firmware for it?
Please help
