Title: How to do if NVR status shows abnormal?
1.Issue Description:
NVR status shows abnormal on Cloud.
3.Troubleshooting:
1.Confirm whether the NVR model is supported, at present, only the cameras supported by monitoring manufacturers managed by NVR will be displayed (Hikvision/Dahua/Tiandi Weiye).
2.Make sure the NVR is connected to the switch NVR can communicate with the switch normally.
2. Ensure that the NVR information is correct
3.Delete and re-add it

I'm facing the same problem, and I have deleted and added the NVR multiple times, still same issue.

Can you help to check the following aspects:
1. Check if the NVR is from a supported vendor:
2. Check if the NVR is connected to the switch properly, please check if the switch is online on Cloud normally or not, too.
3. Check if the NVR username and password are correct

My NVR is Hikvision model: DS-8664NXI-I8/S
The NVR is connected properly and both the NVR and switch are connected to the internet and online.
I also made sure that the credentials are correct many times
