The first thing you need to consider is, change the work mode on your AP from AP mode to router mode. You can change it on eweb:

After that, you need to go to network > LAN to create the DHCP pool, this will be the network segment from which your users will receive IP address.

Finally, you can configure a new SSID with the VLAN ID you set it in LAN settings:
