I need assistance regarding my device "RG-S5300-24GT4XS-E". I factory reset it thrice but still cannot add it to my cloud account. Always "Devices to be verified (Waiting for device to go online)"
PS: My device is online and connected to the internet, I'm trying to use it as my Core Switch
