Dear Kim Cary Divinagracia,

Please kindly check the concurrent devices settings of the user group and check how many devices have already used this voucher code. This message will be displayed when new device is trying to authenticate using a voucher code that already reached its concurrent device limit.

Hi Jayden,
Upon checking, the concurrent device is set to 1 only and the said voucher code has not been use yet to any device, please see the picture below for your reference.
