Title: Sonos speaker system can not detect the speaker system when I roam to other access point
I am using each Ruijie access point in each room. I installed my Sonos speaker system in the living room. The Sonos speaker connects to Ruijie AP in the Living Room. I move to the main bedroom; my mobile phone connects to Ruijie AP in the Main Bedroom; when I open the Sonos application from my mobile, I try to control the Sonos speaker in the living room. The application can not discover the Sonos speaker. The error message tries to connect with the same wifi network of the Sonos system speaker.
My setting of the AP Wifi is L2 Roaming, and there is no VLAN. I checked with my mobile phone port scanner application from the AP Living Room and AP Master Bedroom to my Sonos speaker IP address, and there are the same four open ports.
Can anybody help me solve this issue of controlling the Sonos Speaker from any AP I connect in my home?
Thank you

I found the problem when using the UPnP scanner from my mobile phone connected to the AP Living Room, to which my Sonos Speaker is connected; it can detect my Sonos speaker. I moved to another room, and my mobile phone was connected to the AP Main Bedroom; the UPnP scanner could not detect my Sonos Speaker.
Do you know how to configure my Ruijie Switch NBS3100-24GT4SFP-P to allow the UPnP traffic to pass between ports in the switch from the AP Living Room to the AP Main Room?

Thank you

Based on your previous description, it seems to be because the Sonos Speaker requires the user and the device to be connected under the same AP.
But I wanted to check the configuration for you first, could you please share the AP configuration with me?
Can you test whether different users are connected to different APs and verify that they can communicate with each other?

Dear sir

May I know your phone and the Sonos speaker are in the same vlan? If your phone reconnect, could you find the Sonos speaker again when you move to another room? By default, our device will broadcast all the traffic through the ports as long as you have allowed the vlans on the switch ports. May I know whether only your Sonos speaker has this issue? Whether other devices can communicate with each other normally when you roam from one place to other place? Please help also provide a picture about the message error to further confirm this issue. Thank you for your cooperation.

Best regards
Jenny
