Title: Switch port do net get internet
I used EG210G-P, and NBS3100-24GT4SFP-P l2 switches, three switches for LAN cable internet for my clients,I created 6 vlans for three switches. Firstly, the internet is working but after a week I found one of the switches did not get any internet from access ports, another switch can also provide internet start prot G13-G23. When I checked vlan config and ping gateway ip normally works. What can I do about this error? Please help me

Dear User 35162,

When the internet is not working, may I please know if the device has received an IP address? If it has an IP address, can it ping gateway and ping public IP like 8.8.8.8? What is the result of tracert 8.8.8.8?

Dear User 35162,

If you can ping 8.8.8.8 successfully, it means the device can reach the internet/external network. Does the issue happen when you try to access a website? Could you please check what DNS server is used? What happens if you ping the website domain or a public domain like google.com?

Best regards,
Jayden
