at first,show versio.if the version is AC_RGOS 11.1(5)B7.it do not support the fuction of install the license in the web.you can try to upgrad the version or install license through the CLI
Configuration Example:
Ruijie#copy tftp://192.168.64.2/LIC-WLAN-AP-800000015692434.lic flash:/LIC-WLAN-AP800000015692434.lic
Press Ctrl+C to quit

ii) install license file
configuration Example:
