Good Day
I am unable to remote to my access points but I can remote to the Reyee Router using the Eweb tunnel, is it possible that the router is blocking me from accessing the access points behind it?

May I know what error prompts when you tried to access the Reyee AP eweb tunnel? Can you share with me your network to further check?

May I know whether you can login to the RAP web interface locally? Can you show me a picture about the error which you can not eweb to the RAP via the tunnel IP?

I can't access AP locally on the web as well, there is no error the page just loads continuously.please see attached pictures

Do you mean you also can not access the device eweb via the device local lan IP address? Please contact with us via email: service_rj@ruijienetworks.com with this case ID: CS20240226-3164565 for the same problem to solve your issue quicker.
