4. Troubleshooting Steps (1) Check if the device or version support Voucher/Account limiting period.
RG-EG105GW and some versions of other devices doesn't support period limit. Please check the product datasheet or other related information to check details. (2) Check if the user has configured period limit
If the product doesn't limit the period,which means the voucher or account band an incorrect user group. Please kick the current user offline and create a new Voucher or Account for the current user, or modify the current Voucher or Account to bind to the correct user group.
(4) Check whether the authenticated user‘s online status.
lf the user's period limit configuration iscorrenct, but the user still shows “online” status after the limited time, please contact Ruijie TAC support for help: RITA (Ruijie Intelligent Technical Assistant)
Note: it;s a normal situation that portal authentication users can still connect to the relevant SSlD after the expiry of the voucher or account,but they cannot access the Internet wirelessly.
