For example, when I delete a working device and want to add it back, the device does not come back. We also discuss your documents and your support line in Türkiye. But I need to solve these problems instantly. Because I bought 130 of these devices and I want to buy more.
cwmp
acs url
ip gateway
dns
Even though all my settings are OK, why is my device still not syncing? I released everything from the firewall. The IP addresses of the devices are not blocked in any way, neither on the TCP nor on the UDP side.
I want to ask this: I want to solve these problems without your support. Because this is a hotel and if I encounter these problems, it would be a big problem for me if you come back to me after 1 week.
If such problems are not resolved immediately, I am considering returning these devices.
Before setting the AP to factory settings, I delete the APs from the cloud. Then I fabricate the devices. I'm adding cloud back. It sees cloud devices and even sends macc information with the device. Devices that receive macc information. For some reason it's not online.
manual ip address
manual dns
And I can ping DNS IP addresses, no problem.

But why do the devices not go online even though all settings are correct? Author: zhangqiao@ruiji Time: 2024-5-2 00:19
Hello Ahmet,
I'm sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based oncurrent information.
Can you help to check the follows aspects:
1. check work mode of the ap, only ap with macc mode can be on cloud
check command : show ap-mode
if it shows as fit or fat, cannot be on cloud, use the following commands to switch work mode to macc: ap-mode macc
2. check if you can ping www.google.com from AP? if you cannot, plz add these command and ping again:
Regarding this case, could you also use 'show cwmp status' on the device CLI ?
If the 'show cwmp status' answers with retry session times not being 0, you may try configuring like this:
