Please, when we are going to have the new firmware upgrade (1.301)
for Home WiFi Reyee devices in Venezuela? In the Ruijie Cloud interface the last firmware upgrade is the 1.219.

May I know the home router device model you are referring to ? Sorry Ruijie cloud may have delay in updating firmware version on it for devices.
The next Step:
1. You may find the up-to-date firmware version from our official website with device's model:
https://reyee.ruijie.com/en-global/

2. You can download the firmware version from website and then upgrade all devices in ruijie cloud like this
