Title: Ruijie Cloud Web Interface Keeps on refreshing.
Hi!
We are currently unable to view and change any settings on our Ruijie Switches and AP's since the Ruijie Cloud Web Interface is currently loading and looping. Please refer to the video attached below.


We have already tried using another browser, computer, clearing the cache, using incognito. We have also tried to access it using our home network but still had the same results.

Hi Ross,

We have tried switching to the new design and it seems to be working. We are already used to the old UI that's why the team decided to still use it.

Sorry for the inconvenience, We recommend that you use the new UI coz It have more function. This is the cookbook for new UI :https://www.ruijienetworks.com/resources/preview/cloud-cookbook-7-0.
For the old UI, you can refresh and try again.
