Is there a possibility to interact with on-premise Access Controller RG-WS6512 via REST API ? If yes, how can I get a guide for the same?
Pay attention: I am asking about ON-PREM CONTROLLER (not for Cloud).

Sorry, RG-WS6512 has not claimed supporting REST API in latest firmware W3B13.
