Good Morning, we have a couple of CS86-20XS4VS2QXS-D that are not able to connect to cloud.
Ip and DNS are correct.
Is this device capable to connect to riuijiecloud ?

CS86-20XS4VS2QXS-D should be able to be added into ruijie cloud.

could you show us the results of the following commands?

show cwmp status

show cwmp config

ping 8.8.8.8

ping devicereg.ruijienetworks.com

You may try the following commands and see if device could get online
Ruijie#configure ter

Ruijie(config)#cwmp

Ruijie(config-cwmp)#acs url http://devicereg.ruijienetworks.com/service/tr069servlet

Ruijie(config-cwmp)#end
