Title: What should I do if the PBR doesn't work?
a) Check the effective state of the PBR. If it is "Disable", please click "Edit" to turn on the Effective State for the PBR.

b) Specify the protocol to which the PBR rule is effective. You can set this parameter to IP, ICMP, UDP, TCP, or Custom. When Protocol Type is set to Custom, you need to enter the protocol number.

c) Verify whether the SrcIP/IP Range matches the users whose data packets are to be routed by the PBR and whether the Dest IP/IP Range matches the resources that need to be accessed.

d) Check whether the outbound interface of the policy is correct.

e) All the PBR policies created are displayed in the PBR list, with the latest policy listed at the top. The device matches the policies according to their order in the list. If there is a policy with higher priority matching the Src IP/IP Range, it may cause the PBR to be ineffective. You can manually adjust the policy matching sequence by clicking ↑ or ↓ in the Match Order column.

f) Check if the outbound interface is Online ornot. If the outbound interface is Offline, it may result in networkdisconnection to the Src IP/IP Range matching the PBR. In a multi-linescenario, the Traffic Assurance option can be enabled so that the traffic willbe automatically routed to other reachable outbound interfaces when theoutbound interface is unreachable.
