Title: What should I do if the URL Routing does not work?
If the configured time does not meet the requirements, you can click +Add or Edit to modify the effective time range of the policy:
a) Check the effective state of the URL route. If it is Disabled, turn on the Effective State for the policy

b) Check if the IP address range configured in theuser group contains the IP Address used by the user to whom the URL routing will be applied.


If the user IP address is not included in the IP Address range of the User Group, you need to change the user group configuration, click Edit to modify the IP Address range of the user group.


c) The Website Group selected does not contain the Website that needs to be routed.
Hover over the More button to view the websites:

d) The current time is not within the effective time range of the policy.
Confirm whether the configured policy effective time is correct



If the configured time does not meet the requirements, you can click +Add or Edit to modify the effective time range ofthe policy:
