Could you please take a screeshot of the issue? Do you enter your device's eweb from the cloud or from the wan port?
If from cloud, Please confirm whether the device can go online normally in the cloud.
If from wan port, This is a device limitation, and the eweb of the device cannot be accessed from the wan port.
