Title: Cannot upgrade firmware - ES205GC-P
Hello,, I am trying to upgrade the firmware of my ES205GC-P switch.

However, it continuously fails. I tried via the cloud, and via local panel .bin upload. Always fails.

Good day.
Could you share with us the steps you've done to upgrade the ES205GC-P in local panel ?

If you still can't upgrade locally, you may try export config and reset the device in leisure time.

I did download that firmware version and also tried to “upgrade” to the previous version.
from the local network, I logged into the switch’s admin panel using the local IP. Then Settings then upgrade and selected the bin file there.

i also tried to reset to factory settings.
All failed.

May I know your switch hardware version, can you show me a picture that what errors were prompted when you failed to upgrade the switch firmware version?

As confirmed B1P27 firmware can not support ES205GC-P with hardware version 2.30
