The Captive Portal keeps refreshing not giving enough time for use to input voucher number

Please help record a video about this issue to further confirm and may I know what is your device model you configure portal authentication on?
Please help tetst whether all the terminal devices have the same issue and also share the network with read & write permission to me: yujiamin1@ruijie.com.cn to further check this issue. Thank you for your cooperation.
