Title: problems related to the mDNS protocol
Are you familiar with mDNS-related problems with network devices such as printers?
The printer is visible in the network in the project, but it cannot be added via the system tool to the PC.
I received a hint that these may be problems related to the mDNS protocol

Does that mean the printer has a connection and is shown in the list of clients, but cannot be configured through the PC?

Yes exactly. The printer connected to wi-fi. It is visible in the client list but we cannot add it from the pc because it does not search for it.
Someone suggested that mDNS could be a problem with new printers.

May I confirm more deatils with you?

1. Can I see what the specific error or alarm is?
2. Is PC and printers on the same network segment? Can it connect or add normally if PC and printer both use a wired connection?
3. Is the printer properly configured? Are you trying to reinstall the printer driver test?
