Hi, just saw on dashboard that we add IP Camera and IP Phones, can we also managed it?

Ruijie Cloud cannot manage IP cameras nor IP phones directly.
However, if you know the IP address of your cameras, you may use NAT Traversal to access the cameras and manage them. You may refer to the post in the following link:

In Setting Inside/outside Host, where can i get it?
Also, when NAT Traversal is enabled, i can now access it thru cloud? even via remote?
