Title: Captive Portal - Account user (Device limit is not working)
Hi,
My Ruijie network has user account (Devices) limit can't working when using captive portal. Other devies can join an account by unlimiting but I configured the device limite only one at device group. How to solved ?

Hello,
I‘m sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based on current information. What you configure in a user group does not mean that the user group can only connect to one user. Instead, accounts within this user group support only one user connection
Can you help to check the following aspects:
Please check the screenshot of the account and confirm whether the number is 1. Then verify how many users are connected and using this account
If the issue still exists, please help to collect following screenshot and talk with me again.
1. Please check on device and share the device firmware version with us( not the web version)
2. Please share account binding mac result and share with us user connection screenshot from user's phone.
3. Please check the client list to see how many users are connecting with the same account and provide a screenshot

Same here, set the limit for upload but the user still able to use maximum upload speed.
please help, any solutions?
