I have face repeated issues with this one can anyone help how to solve this for good please

Can you help to check the following aspects：

Check what's the current DNS server on the WAN port ; If it's not 8.8.8.8, please try to configure 8.8.8.8 on the WAN port
Check if you can ping the current DNS server on the WAN port ; If it's you can ping the DNS server on the device,it could be the ISP link unstable, need to confirm with ISP side

1.As i checked there is link unstable issue

May I confirm currently there are two ISP links?
if you can connect with only one ISP link and check whether the same error will promet when connected with one ISP link?

2.You can try to connect to a single ISP link to see if the same problem exists
If only one ISP link is connected, the problem does not occur,that means that another ISP link is unstable
and it will need to confirm with ISP side
