Title: switches offline randomly at cloud
Switches automatically go offline. There is access on local connection, but the cloud shows offline.
The support team connected and checked and could not find a solution.
It is meaningless for the devices to be offline even though there is no block any rule on the firewall. If there was a restriction in the firewall rule, it would never be online, but it comes online from time by time.
Your technical team is inadequate. they are kidding us (like change ip,firewall log,)

i have 30 pieces all same even different firmware versions

Dear sir

Please help provide your device model and may I know what are other models of the devices that have the same issue?
Please check the network connectivity of the devices when they are offline and capture the packets on the firewall to further check the packets flow process when the issue happens.
You may also share the network in the following way and send it to us: service_rj(Ruijie International) <service_rj@ruijienetworks.com> attached this link so that we can login to check the logs. Thank you for your cooperation.

Dear sir

Sorry I mean your network topology, other devices models also have the same issue as the ES series switches right?
Please help capture the packets on the firewall and share with us the network to further check this issue. We will try our best to provide you a better solution.

so many times you connected to my topology and you know what about issue . which devices etc....
