Hi my Network two switches are showing offline on rujiee cloud software but it’s working fine locally how can make that switch to online on ruijiee cloud? I try to delete and still shows offline on cloud. Mode RS 1920

Hi:

Can you confirm if this switch is RG-ES100 series?

If yes, let me tell you that this series is unmanaged switches, and can not go online in cloud by adding the SN or scanning the QR code.

If you want to see in your topology, you need to add it manually. You may refer to the following link:

We are using XS-S1920-26GT2SFP-P-E switch we already added but it's Showing still waiting long time but all APs & LAN are working
