Title: Warranty Check Website Is Not Working
I've tried several time to check my Ruijie EW1200PRO warranty by providing Serial Number (S/N) to this website address:
https://www.ruijienetworks.com/support/warranty/check

The result of querying shows nothing - I've tried over and over again still have no luck.

It was worked before but now it is not, please advise what is wrong -or- where now shoud I check the warranty status of my Ruijie device.

How I solve this issue?.

I've already sent you serial numbers of devices to be check all of them RG-EW1200PRO.

I also need to know whether the website is going to be fixed or what.

We need the alternative way to check the serial numbers by ourself for our customers.

Hi Stella,

Thank you for the status of warranty sent to me via email.

However, I need information on how to check warranty ourself - you don't give me any information regarding this.

Your answer regarding on how customer would check product warranty is very important to maintain customer trust with good after-sales service.

Would you please advise what is ruijie planning to do with this warrany check feature? To fix it or what?
I need to explain this to our customers.
