Title: Cloud management
I can't get to set the cloud management service on my device. It always show it needs to be re-authenticated and waiting the device to be online.
Moreover, when I scan the qr code, it shows the the cloud service in abnormal



I have created multiple subjects to no avail. Hope you guys could help on this one since cloud access is very important.

Thank you for choosing Ruijie Networks. But the device you have purchased is sold in China, which is not supported to be online on Asian or European Cloud.

Thank you for answer, if I add an access point like the like RG-EW1200G to have cloud support, can I access my EG105 from there instead? Lastly, which router is best to manage PPPOE and Voucher authentication because the current usage of my EG105 with just load balancing is already 50%. I want to separate the functions for better usage.
