HI,

This morning in one of our projects, The access points have restarted without any prompt for 4 times.

What would cause this?

Dear sir

Please check whether there is power outage in the environment, and whether other devices also random restart at the same time. If there is no power outage that causing restart issue, please help share with us the network via this guide: https://community.ruijienetworks.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=1751&extra=page%3D1 to further check this issue.

Hi,
I managed to check the environment physically and there was no recorded issue with power.

This morning the devices have restarted again on two of our projects.

Kindly advice on what might be the cause of this arbitrary system restarts.
