Already added Gateway IP and Mac address, Isp modem IP and public IP to allowlist.

May I know the current WAN port setting on the device, if device can still work properly on the local network
Check the Diagnose result of the device here
May I know if you can try to configure static DNS server to 8.8.8.8on the device and check whether the same error still promet?
