Today I login, there is only 1 project, the other hiden, how to unhide pls

Can you please help me with the following:
1. Confirm whether the login account is correct.
2. Can you log in using the ruijie reyee app and confirm that the project is there?
3. did the project was handed over to your account?
4. can you check in the logs if the project was deleted (maybe by mistake)?
