Title: Laptop connected with no internet but mobile phones are getting internet
My AP suddenly not allowing internet to laptops. The laptops are all connected, but no internet.

Please confirm whether laptop and mobile phones are connected to the same WiFi or the same VLAN. When the laptop fails to access internet, please check the following:
1. does laptop receive an IP address?
2. can laptop ping its gateway IP address?
3. can laptop ping external network such as 8.8.8.8?

the laptop can connect - I am connected to the device remotely so I know the device is connected to the internet but clients on site are unable to connect to the internet through the device -
