Title: Adding NVR to Ruijie cloud
Hi, guys.
I'm facing this problem where each time I add an NVR to my Ruijie cloud it says (Failed to login into NVR. The account is incorrect) even though I'm sure that I've entered the correct credentials.
My NVR is connected to my ES226GC-P Switch which is connected to the internet.
What could possibly be the reason?

Hello sir,
May I know your NVR model?
And is the NVR software the latest?
May you reset the NVR for a try?

Hey,
Hikvision model: DS-8664NXI-I8/S
Yes it's up to date
I didn't reset the NVR but it's newly installed, and i turned it on yesterday.

Hello sir,

may you test if you can visit the NVR by ip and password when connect your PC to another port of the same ES?
if you can,may you change NVR to another ES port for a try?
