Sorry sir, devices sold first in China cannot be online on Chinese overseas ruijie cloud.

In view of your need to purchase and use Ruijie network products outside Chinese mainland, please purchase Ruijie network products in the local country/region, so that your rights and interests after purchasing the product will be protected to the greatest extent.

I am only aware of this ruijie cloud issue after I bought the device.
for future purchase, i will try to buy it from local couuntry but for the current item I am holding is there any way to make it work under cloud or is there any license fee to make it work or change country/region

Hello,

Cloud distinguishes between Chinese mainland and overseas.
The device you purchased in your country will be able to go online on Ruijie Cloud(overseas cloud)
. If you purchased a device in Chinese mainland, you need to use NOC Cloud in Chinese mainland to be online.

Dear Micca,

I purchase it online and how do i know that the item designed for chinese mainland

only after receiving the item, I saw alert message and then now recommendation to buy it from local company.

Kindly please take note that I am not aware for that the item bought from China not supported by Ruijie Cloud.
I am just seeking help is there anyway to make my device work with cloud.

if Yes then please let me know,
if the answer no, then any other solution ?
